One Step are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join our client’s growing team.
This role will be working primarily in all aspects of administration, but also working the reception desk when needed.
The Job Duties:
-Meeting and greeting guests
-Scanning, Filing and organisation of paperwork
-Typing and note taking
-Working on telephones, emails and face to face communications
-Ensuring the office space is clean and tidy
-Diary Management when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
– Experience working in Reception, administration or office environment
-Great communication skills, especially via telephone and face to face
-Happy to get stuck in with all aspects of the role and all rounder
This role is Monday-Friday, full time. This is a permanent role. Salary is dependant on experience.
