Job Introduction

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to work as part of the Rapport team, based at our client's offices in the heart of the City of London. As you will be involved in managing multiple buildings, your title will be Cluster Supervisor.

The offices are owned and managed by our client, who is one of the most successful and recognisable property asset companies in the UK. You will be the face of the brand in our client's high-specification offices in an architecturally striking building. You will look after multiple reception sites to provide the highest level of service and ensure that the customer’s needs are in the centre of everything you do.

Role Responsibility

To provide the highest level of service and care to all of the client's employee’s customers, guests and Service Partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures. The Cluster Supervisor is responsible for all Ground Floor reception team members, lobby hosting within their cluster and events coordination. 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for their contribution to the team. 1-2 years supervisory experience is necessary and you need to be confident in dealing with high profile customers and visitors in a busy corporate reception.
