SalaryRole: Receptionist (Temporary)
Contract: 1 Week Cover 22-26th April with one day training prior.
Hours: 8.00am-9.00pm
Pay: 11.44 per hour, paid weekly
Office Angels, National Accounts team are looking for a front of house representative to provide cover to their client, for one week in Cardiff.
Some duties to include:
- Key handling required (open/lock up the building depending on designated shift)
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing post.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Greeting people on site.
