Reception Supervisor

Hales Group are currently seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our client based in Southwold. As the Reception Supervisor, you will deputise for the Reception Manager and supervise the day-to-day running of the Reception and Butlers team, ensuring guests and visitors receive a first impression that wows, and a fantastic customer experience throughout their visit. • processing payments
• answering telephones
• dealing with customer queries
• providing guests with directions and any other information
