Portico are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our team, based at the brand new offices of one of the most famous financial companies in the world!

The FOH Team Leader will be responsible for managing the Reception Team and Event Planner, ensuring that they deliver the daily guest experience through intuitive service, careful planning, and faultless standards. Team motivation, pride and engagement are essential for exceeding client expectations. Working very closely with other service providers to nurture a 'One Team' approach and provide a seamless service.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Salary: £32,000

Applicants will be able to demonstrate their understanding of exceptional service, as well as their enthusiasm and motivation for delivering this daily. An eye for detail and going above and beyond will also be expected.

Candidates must have experience of supervising a small team within a customer service environment, preferably within a corporate setting.

They must also show a good level of understanding of how day to day performance links to SLAs and KPIs
