Sleeperz Cardiff is currently recruiting for a Reception Team Member to join their friendly team!

Sleeperz offer warm hospitality and great value in the heart of vibrant cities and are looking for the right person to join our team in Cardiff.

As our next Reception Team Member at Sleeperz Cardiff:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour
