Receptionist

Our Client - based in Menstrie are a key employer in the local area, and are large multi-national organisation
We are looking for holiday cover for week commencing 3rd June, training will be required week prior to starting
Experience of working in a reception is an advantage but not necessary but experience of working in an office environment is essential

Working week Monday to Friday 8am - 5.00pm = 40 hours per week
Working in a busy reception of a manufacturing company
Some of the duties you will be asked to do
Answering and Transferring Calls
Dealing with customer requests
Registering information from drivers
