A company based in St Albans require an experienced receptionist to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive receptionist experience and come from a professional corporate background.

Duties of the role include.

• The day to day running of the reception area.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Dealing with enquiries over the phone, via email and in person
• Fire alarm testing
• Booking and setting up boardrooms for meetings
• Supporting the wider business with administrative duties, including but not limited to invoicing and data entry.

Experience

• Both strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• A can-do attitude.
• Extensive experience of working withing a professional Receptionist position, ideally coming from a corporate background.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
