Are you a Receptionist with front of house experience who is available and looking for an excellent ongoing assignment?

Do you take pride in your work and enjoy providing the best possible service?

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, globally recognised medical institution; the environment is friendly, professional and welcoming.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Meeting and greeting patients and staff
• Interacting on a daily basis with patients, family members and medical staff
• Maintaining immaculate reception areas and appointment rooms
• Management of meeting room diaries
• Liaising with suppliers for refreshments, stationery and floral displays
• Ordering and collecting refreshments

The skills you need to bring:

• Reception experience, ideally from a private medical practice
• Confident communication skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine team player
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional presentation
