We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to cover maternity leave for nine months for our busy client in Heanor.
The role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Working Hours - 40 per week
Salary - £24,000
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Experience

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
