Receptionist

The Hotel features 223 well-appointed guest bedrooms and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist on to the team.

As our receptionist, your duties will include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Promoting food and beverage facilities.
- Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
- Answering telephones and helping with guest queries
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
