Receptionist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Someone with sport/fitness background is preferred.

Working hours 5:00pm-10:00pm mon-fri

Weekend hours are available for extra pay

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail

- Maintain Gym cleanliness and organisation

- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures

- Ability to type accurately and computerize information efficiently

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
