WOW FACTOR: Office Angels are excited to be supporting a fantastic school with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a receptionist to work full time, Please note this is a temp to perm role.
This new role will see you supporting the admin team along with being an ambassador for the school welcome/greet all visitors to the School either in person or on the telephone and to
inform colleagues of arrival of visitors and direct visitors appropriately.
Duties
Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
Ensuring all visitors sign in - out
Issuing passes to visitors
Administering to late students
Raising any safeguarding concerns with SLT
Assisting with open days
The school are committed to Safeguarding and the welfare of students. A DBS will be completed on the successful candidate unless a DBS is already held and is subscribed to the update service.
