Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client's business centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and thrives in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and attitude
