Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Contract Dates: Ongoing

Location: Croydon, London

We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to work for a large rail infrastructure company in their main office in Croydon, London.

You will responsible for front of office Reception and administration duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, handling company enquiries, sorting and distribution mail.

Receptionist/Administrator:

• Daily checklist of duties to manage the reception area
• Manage visitors and support security of the building
• Raise IT tickets and support IT team with compliance
• Manage Meeting Room bookings ensuring efficient use of space
• Post - Incoming and Outgoing
• Housekeeping - Reception, meeting rooms, goods-in area
• Raise Requisitions and manage good receipting including maintaining office supplies, PPE and consumables
• Update Monthly the Safety information
• Raise estates tickets and log on tracker
• Provide administrative support to Departments as required
• Any other ad hoc administrative related task as directed by Line Manager
• First aid qualified - desirable
