- General reception duties, answering the phone, taking messages
- Updating and maintaining back-office systems
- General administrative duties
- Making travel arrangements for staff and visitors
- Management of staff uniform and PPE
- Dealing with general queries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Use of Company Car as and when needed
- Opportunities for progression
Requirements:
- Previous experience is desirable
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
