Receptionist/Administrator Caerphilly Full Time £10.42 an hour
Our client is looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist/Administrator like you to become the face of their firm in Caerphilly.
Founded in 2003, the firm is driven by four Partners with a background in the legal profession. They specialise in Family Criminal Law, Conveyancing, and Wills and Probate, providing excellent professional legal advice to the local community and beyond.

Are you the right person for the job?
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently
- Initiative: Be self-motivated and proactive in using your initiative
- Confidentiality: Adherence to company policies, especially regarding confidentiality
- Location: Living within a commutable distance and the right to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
- Answering calls, greeting clients, and notifying Fee Earners of their arrival
- Taking accurate messages, and emailing information to relevant parties
- Opening mail in the morning and collecting/wrapping mail from Secretaries/Fee Earners
- Some secretarial administration work with additional training provided
- Managing our Wills Bank and maintaining accurate records on the Database
- Handling stationary inventory, running errands, and daily purchases
- Archiving files, liaising with storage companies, and managing file requests
