Receptionist / Administrator

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator based in Luton for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of theReceptionist/Administratorrole

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

The role

As the Receptionist/Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• General post and office duties including ordering of office supplies.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for directors and managers.
• Maintain databases.

The experience required

As a successful Receptionist/Administrator you will have the following:

• Previous reception and administration experience.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
