Harehills Primary School is a diverse, multi cultural inner city school with outstanding leadership. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Office Administrator who is prepared to go the extra mile and who can embrace our school motto " Learn, Laugh, Love" . We are looking for someone who has ideally worked within a very busy school office. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, good ICT and communication skills, be well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm and friendly, with an ability to multitask.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication at all levels of school staff, governors, pupils, contractors and 3rd party agencies.
• At least 1 years’ experience of working in an office environment.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Practical experience in word processing, excel and email.
• A passion for working with children.
YOU WILL HAVE:
• The ability to work on own initiative.
• Communicate with everyone on a professional basis.
• GCSE’s or equivalent, include English and Maths
