Job description

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the drinks industry for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team in West Dunbartonshire on an initial temporary basis.
Hours of work are typically Monday to Thursday 8-4 or 9-3.
The receptionist role serves as the interface between the company and our customers / contractors, as well as the management and employees. The role holder would also provide general administrative support within a high-traffic front desk environment while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries, directing to appropriate internal contact or department
- Welcoming guests, customers and employees to the site, ensuring they are signed in and issued with appropriate pass whilst on site
- Handling documents, scanning, filing and housekeeping of system
- Monitoring and distribution of mailbox and incoming mail to the site
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are issued in timely manner
The successful candidate will be:
- A strong communicator, comfortable both verbally and written 
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring a great impression is left with each visitor
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, comfortable with utilising these and picking up internal systems
- A Confident user of various channels such as; Skype/Teams, email and phone
- A self starter who is keen to further their experience and progress within the position
