Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee a seamless and efficient client journey from arrival.
- Oversee the FOH space and work closely with the facilities team.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, managing potential clashes.
- Support hospitality functions, assist with catering orders, and room setups.
- Uphold top class standards
- Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, or concierge roles within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar fast-paced environments.
- A self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and use your common sense to provide the best in class service!
- Polished, professional demeanour
- Strong administrative and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship-building skills and bags of personality!
- Enthusiastic about working with people and a flexible approach to work.
