Receptionist / Front of House
Central Edinburgh based role | fully onsite role
Full Time hours | Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Week to week temp role | Immediate start available
Pay rate up to £13.00 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading business in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this role to provide cover on an ongoing basis whilst they recruit the role permanently.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office
* Dealing with both incoming & outgoing mail for the business
* Management of the company's booking system, including setting up of meeting rooms
* Providing refreshments for visitors to the office
* Providing ad hoc Administration support where required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Experience in a Reception / Front of House role, preferably from within a Corporate setting - this experience is essential!
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid IT Skills
