Up to 24,000pa depending upon experience and qualifications.

We are working with a world class manufacturer in Sunderland who require an experienced receptionist and administrator to join the company.

Role objectives:

To be a professional first point of contact for people who are visiting the site

Maintain the reception area to a high level or presentation

Welcome and sign in visitors, ensure they are following company procedures and issue PPE if necessary.

Distribute daily post and parcels and arrange necessary couriers

Book meeting rooms and order necessary refreshments or general items

Support the team with administrative support

You will need:

Professional and presentable

Excellent level of clear communication

Experience in a reception or front of house role

Excellent IT skills (SAP is a benefit)

Be able to communicate at all levels

Full drivers licence
