Our client is one of the most prominent companies in the property consultancy industry in London, with lovely offices in the heart of the West End.
They are looking for a temporary receptionist they can train on all their systems and processes for when they need cover. They currently have a one-day booking in their pipeline on Friday 16th February and they are one of our more regular users, meaning more will follow.
Basic duties include meeting and greeting, answering phones and emails and meeting room management. Experience using a switchboard will be beneficial but not essential as you will be shown how everything works, so an ability and willingness to learn will set you in good stead for this client.
The rate for this role is £13.15/hr - £15/hr and the two shift times they operate are 9.45am – 6.15pm or 7.45am – 4.15pm.
