We are now looking for a member of staff to join our team here in York, here you will be joining a team on a bespoke commercial office with an on site team.

Duties
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues by providing a five-star welcome,
- Signing in visitors and clients
- Setting up and arranging meeting rooms
- To answer the telephone in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Management of Access Control Cards (starters, leavers, visitors, lost and forgotten cards).
- Management of Reception emails.
- Postal duties
- Management of Excel Access Control for Visitors, Employees and Contractors.
- Manage and order stationery.
