We are now looking for a member of staff to join our team here in York, here you will be joining a team on a bespoke commercial office with an on site team.

Our client is the UKs largest Facilities Management company in the UK and offer a great opportunity for further training and upskilling with more career opportunities!

Duties

• Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues by providing a five-star welcome,
• Signing in visitors and clients
• Setting up and arranging meeting rooms
• To answer the telephone in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
• Management of Access Control Cards (starters, leavers, visitors, lost and forgotten cards).
• Management of Reception emails.
• Postal duties
• Management of Excel Access Control for Visitors, Employees and Contractors.
• Manage and order stationery.
