Receptionist

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for you to become the brand ambassador for this top investment firm. 
You must be immediately available and an experienced receptionist to join this mid-sized firm in a team of 2. This is an immaculate open floor plan reception area, with stunning city views where you will be welcoming VIPs, employees and guests.
The firm is looking for an engaging receptionist, who is driven and a clear communicator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is the role for you! You will have a positive attitude, where no small issue or problem you wouldn’t be able to resolve in a team of 2.
As a Receptionist you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
• Organising meeting rooms and setting up for the next meeting
• Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading, expenses 
• Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
• Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
• Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked

The ideal candidate will be a Receptionist with 3 - 7 years’  of experience in the investment sector. 
This is an ASAP start.

5 days in office.
