We are a family business looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for our holiday park.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, professional manner, and excellent communication. Computer literacy, good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. They must have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
The full-time position is varied and will include:
· Day to day interaction with customers
· Answering phone calls and directing as appropriate
· Receive and respond to enquiries: in person, email, telephone and social media
· Process bookings via online, email and telephone
· Liaise with our housekeeping and maintenance personnel
· Serving and stocking in our onsite licenced shop
· Administration duties
· Liaise with our managers and directors
The successful candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team and on their own.
Due to our rural location, you will need transport. References will be required.
