Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a positive, confident person to join our highly motivated dental team in City Centre Dental Clinic in Norwich . Experience in dentistry preferred but not essential.
Customer service experience/ front of the house are encouraged to send through their CV for consideration.
Essential Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients to the practice
- Communicating with patients
- Answering phone calls to the practice
- Booking patients in for appointments
- Managing the appointment diary to make sure days run smoothly
- Taking payments from patients
- Assist team with practice compliance tasks
- Good computer skills
Full-time hours: 40 per week
Monday to Friday:08.30 - 17.30 (An hour Lunch break)
