Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Make/Amend customer bookings
- Deal with the day to day running of a very busy office
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Data entry accuracy

- A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
