We are an established recruitment agency currently recruiting a permanent Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. Responsibilities and duties Meeting candidates, scanning & uploading documents onto tracking system. •Obtaining employment references •Arranging and conducting face to face interviews with candidates Prioritising candidates available now or those urgently needed as requested by Consultants •DBS Enhanced Disclosures - New and Updates Service checks Professional registration checks •Right to work/ID Document Checking/Verifications •File checks •Mandatory training history verification •Medical records verification •General office duties •Maintaining Candidate Files •Taking part in Internal and External audits and liaise with Auditors to ensure their requirements are met as required •Taking part in campaigns to recruit new candidates •Advising candidates on facilities providing Training, immunisations, verification service etc •Working to set processes and meeting deadlines Desired skills •Ideally have experience working in a compliance role but this is not essential •Excellent communication skills both written & oral •Computer literate - using windows-based packages (Excel and Word skills) •Able to work under pressure •Excellent attention to detail for data input and maintenance •Integrity and accountability •Highly motivated and KPI driven •Ambition to succeed and progress
