Job description

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our Rapport team, to work at our client sites based in the heart of Leeds and Manchester. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.

This is a 28-hours per week role, Monday – Friday, covering shifts from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, working between the Leeds and Manchester Offices as required. There will be a travel allowance to cover the cost for working away from the normal base.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Assisting with AV and catering inside meeting rooms
  • Greeting all visitors and contractors arriving
  • Overseeing the telephone and emails for the office
  • Assisting and organising post and couriers
  • Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities helpdesk

This is a lone working position so the ideal candidate should be able work comfortably on their own without supervision.
We are looking for someone with great time management, self-discipline, and focus.
Previous reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment is preferred, and you must be comfortable working with Microsoft office and preparing reports.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office package and preparing reports
  • Preferably have reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
