Job Title: Experienced Receptionist / Front of House Cover
Duration: 6 Shifts
Location: Bristol
I am currently looking for a Temporary Experienced Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
