Based on the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for everyone that enters the studio, so you will need to be a truly personable and enthusiastic individual. With a positive attitude and the ability to welcome visitors, you will co-ordinate all the front desk administration including correspondence, booking taxis and couriers, redirecting phone calls and dealing with ad hoc requests. You will also manage the shipping of garments internationally, dealing with couriers and customs paperwork.
In an ideal world, you will be a flexible a proactive individual who can turn their hand to any task that needs doing on a particular day! We will be looking out for people with previous reception experience and if you have experience of dealing with Pro-forma invoices, shipping and couriers PLEASE LET US KNOW!!
