Applications are invited for the following post: Hours of Work: Full-time (1.0fte) 35 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Records and Assessment teams as we look to adapt our existing administration processes to support the academic growth of the University. The Records and Assessment teams form the University’s Student Administration function responsible for all administration relating to student Records and Assessment including student registration, timetabling, processing students results, progression and award outcomes and the co-ordination and management of graduation events. The dedicated and friendly team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all students, colleagues and external parties. The successful candidate will work closely across the Student Administration team, contributing as necessary to all aspects of Student Administration activity. They will have proven administrative skills and experience and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility individually, and work as part of a team. They will also be able to demonstrate good IT skills along with the ability to manage their time. This role will be primarily based at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth. Through our agile working framework, there may also be the option to spend some time working remotely to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
