What you will be responsible for:

  • The Records Clerks are responsible for providing a comprehensive records management service within the Trust which includes archiving, scanning and reproducing records - both paper and electronic
  • Ability to support information requests and are able to demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information
  • The collation of paper and electronic records to support a backlog of information requests

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous admin experience essential
  • Previous experience with CWPT clinical systems including carenotes desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
