Records Management Project Analyst

Onsite in Bristol office
Salary: Circa £55k-60k per annum
My high profile banking client requires a Records Management Project Analyst for the review of physical records, cataloguing, and determining the correct treatment in line with the Client's policy.
Role details:
* Management of one clerical individual supporting delivery of Records Management project.
* Works collaboratively with Records management working group/ subject matter experts and policy owner to deliver project plan, course correcting where required.
* Ensures individual and team compliance with applicable policy and procedures. Potential to be involved in implementing training plans and communications where gaps are identified.
Key requirements:
* Enthusiastic and proactive in getting tasks done and have strong attention to detail.
* You will be able to deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
* Experience in office and be adept with computer / IT systems (particularly Microsoft 365 packages).
* Approaches problems in a pragmatic way, identifies root causes and draws logical conclusions to develop solutions.
* Ability to schedule activities and manage resources to deliver a project plan on schedule.
* Great communication and collaboration skills - able to communicate in a clear, concise manner and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Work with highly confidential and sensitive material and maintaining professionalism at all times.
