Salary : up to £24k DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Office based (with some remote and flexible working available)
Hours: Mon - Fri - 37.5 hours
Our client based in Gloucester is looking for an exceptional Resource Administrator to join their friendly team .
Duties include :
Undertaking a range of resourcing activities including, checking right to work in the UK, collating data and processing visa applications for various countries
Meeting all quality and compliance requirements.
Type and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports.
Processing documentation relating to site personnel.
Tracking holidays and rest periods.
Liaising with site personnel and travel agents to organise travel plans and hotel accommodation globally.
Dealing with staff queries daily.
Identifying training requirements and booking the relevant courses.
Assisting with other duties as required.
The Person:
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
Good Administrative skills
Keen interest in working in a busy administration role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
