Location: Swindon Hourly Rate: £15.75 Immediate start with ongoing bookings

We are currently seeking experienced Recovery Support Workers to join our team in Swindon. This role involves providing support to individuals facing substance misuse challenges, including drug and alcohol dependency.

As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in achieving their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include reviewing care plans and recovery programs, conducting weekly needs assessments, and collaborating with external agencies and services to offer information, advice, support, and necessary treatment. You will address various areas such as physical and mental health, substance misuse, education, employment and training, life skills, and any other identified support needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience and understanding in a similar field. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in mental health interventions, working with clients facing substance misuse issues, and engaging with external services, including criminal justice agencies, community groups, and housing services.
