Attega is currently seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in Fareham.
The role will involve managing a small, yet busy, portfolio of businesses recruiting for a wide variety of engineering, manufacturing, and office-based roles.
In return, we will be offering a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 P/A, depending on experience + quarterly bonuses. Company benefits also include half day Fridays, summer & Christmas parties, 25 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, plus even more!
The duties will include:
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
- Advertising vacancies and using various social media platforms and job boards to attract candidates.
- Managing the process through from start to finish, sourcing CVs, conducting 1st interview and to offer stage and beyond.
- Maintaining a candidate database.
- Producing weekly and monthly statistics and reports on factors such as CVs submitted, interviews attended, offers made etc.
- Attending monthly/quarterly meetings with each client to review processes and support on any ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate must have some recruitment experience already, and any specialism will be considered. Any potential candidate must also possess:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
- A 'customer service' mentality and results-driven personality.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative abilities.
Our offices are open Monday to Thursday with a half day on a Friday.
