Recruitment Administration Officer GBP26k pro ratedPertemps Professional Recruitment is an established Social Care recruitment consultancy that regularly places locums within public and private organisations throughout the UK. Being one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the UK, we operate at the forefront of recruitment and are constantly innovating to stay ahead.As a Recruitment Administrator you will support the Service Lead in managing the operations for one of our social care brands. You will be an integral part of our team and enjoy a varied job specification, building relationships and maintaining excellent customer service and administration processes. This is a part time position of 20 hours per week, however, you must be available to work Monday and Tuesday. Hours per day can be flexible to suit and can fit into school hours for the right applicant, if required. The role is offered with hybrid working of 3 days per week, or schools hours Mon to Friday.You will be;
  • Providing first class administrative support to the onboarding process for our managed services
  • Coordinating interviews for prospective workers
  • Sending contracts and compliance documents to new workers
  • Carrying out diligence checks on compliance files submitted
  • Updating and maintaining a project tracking spreadsheet
  • Collation and reconciliation of workers timesheet for payroll approval
  • Liaising across departments to ensure all Workers files are fully compliant for audits
  • Excellent Office 365 experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and flexible when managing competing deadlines

Quals
  • A levels or equivalent
Skills- EssentialGeneral administration skillsAppropriate verbal and written skillsIT Literate - Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)Time management and organisational skills- DesirableKnowledge of recruitment software (Bond Adapt) or CRM systemPrevious experience within a Recruitment Administration Role
