Recruitment Administrator

We are looking for a full time Recruitment Administrator to join our team, we are a successful recruitment agency with a busy office that requires an administrator to take all ownership of the day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator with the ability to multitask who can diversify and can worked in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to: -

• Meet and Greet visitors
• Answering the Telephone
• Supporting consultants / Resourcing Candidates
• Advertising for consultants on a variety of Job Boards covering specific industries.
• Social Media and creation of posts on all platforms
• CV Formatting
• Registration of Candidates and administration of all supporting documentation.
• ID Verification - Right to work Check
• Obtain References
• You will also learn payroll to support the Accounts department along with low level bookkeeping
• And any other duties deemed necessary.
