My market leading client located in Bolton, are currently looking to recruit on a long term ongoing temporary basis, a highly motivated Recruitment/HR Administrator. For the successful candidate the role could become permanent.
Recruitment/HR administration experience is not essential, a competent, experienced, and highly organised administrator is what my client is looking for.
The rate of pay will be £13 - £14 per hour, hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with 30 mins unpaid lunch (equivalent salary is between £25,350 - £27,300). The role is 100% office based.
Responsibilities
- Screening all applicants by asking set application and screening questions
- Maintaining compliance & completing relevant document checks such as “Entitlement to Work” ensuring all relevant documentation is then scanned onto SharePoint.
- Accurate Inputting & Data Entry.
- Arranging interviews and sending interview confirmation emails
- Updating systems ensuring accurate employee records are fully maintained including New Starters and Holiday & Sickness
- General office administration
Person Specification
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong confident telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must possess excellent time management skills.
