Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with a client who are currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in welcoming and integrating new employees into their organisation. Our client promotes a supportive and inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring that new employees are onboarded correctly and that company processes are adhered to.
Our client works hybrid with 2 days spent in the office and 3 from home, it is a full time position at 37.5 hours per week and would be a fixed term contract for 12 months, which could be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling inductions, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all onboarding activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain onboarding materials and resources, keeping them up-to-date and accessible for both new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Collect feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience and identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure all right to work documents have been checked and are valid
- Collect references for new employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, Recruitment or administrative support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
