Recruitment Administrator - Temporary Contract
Start Date: 1st June 2024
End Date: 16 weeks
Rota: Monday to Friday
Hours: 09:00 until 17:00 (35 hours per week)
Location: Leeds Central (LS1)
Pay: £16.00 p/h
For the ideal candidate, this role could become permanent after 16 weeks.

AskJules was founded in 2010 and is a family-owned company that provides a Lifestyle Management service to clients. Our clients are university students with complex physical disabilities and require 24-hour care whilst living independently in student halls at university.

About the role:
You will be working in our Leeds office alongside the recruitment team, providing administrative support wherever possible. You will be trained by experienced recruiters who will talk you through the recruitment journey and how you will assist along the way. Day-to-day duties could include:
·Conducting Right to work and driving licence checks
·Ensuring our CRM is up to date and GDPR compliant
·Answering general recruitment queries via email or phone
·Uploading documents in an accurate and timely manner
·Management and upkeep of the business Google Drive
·Adjusting and writing job adverts with the assistance of the recruit team
·Note-taking during client meetings
