• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role.
• Create job descriptions and advertisements that accurately represent the role and the company.
• Use a variety of techniques to source candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and recruitment practices.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Advisor should have:

• Previous experience within a HR & Recruitment role
• Experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems and databases.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
