Dawn Ellmore Employment are seeking a motivated and dedicated member of staff to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis! The role offers variety and scope and with full training provided we are looking to dedicate effort and time into your career development.
We are seeking candidates from all different types of backgrounds, if you have previous recruitment experience then you will certainly be one step ahead - however it is not essential. You must have a good educational background and be able to think outside the box. Excellent communication and telephone skills are a must, as you will be liaising with colleagues, candidates and clients regularly.
This opportunity will suit those looking for their next challenge. Duties will include:
- Creating job postings and advertising on job boards
- High volume of CV formatting
- Telephone duties - both inbound and outbound
- Proactively resourcing candidates for various roles
- Maintaining and updating company database
- Assist with social media duties
- Much more!!
Due to our hybrid working arrangement of 1 day per week in the office, you must be able to produce fast and accurate work autonomously with a confident approach. With full training provided we are seeking candidates looking for their next forever role within a recruitment environment.
