Location: North Greenwich, London / Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.

About the role
It’s an exciting time to be a part of our permanent recruitment team, we deliver around 5000 hires per year. We continue to build a recruitment team to support all functions across Transport for London (from Operational to Engineering, Technology, Digital and Professional Corporate Services) to find the right talent at the right time. We strive to act as subject matter experts supporting our customers from requirement through to offer accepted. This role does not include working on roles for executive hiring (Director roles) or Early Careers (Apprenticeships/Graduates) as these are managed by separate recruitment teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure recruitment campaigns and practices support our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion approach, looking to remove barriers from processes and ensuring we continue to reflect the city we work in.

About you
We are seeking an individual to join us at this exiting time and be able to meet the following criteria;
- You hold recent or current experience which includes recruiting within a large complex in-house recruitment environment
- You will be able to lead and deliver recruitment campaigns across multiple professions staying organised and managing your own time.
- You will be able to quickly establish professional relationships with a range of stakeholders at different seniority levels and uphold a positive team spirit.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- You should be able to apply multiple attraction strategies, including the use of platforms like LinkedIn to find the best candidates via direct sourcing.
- You should be familiar with using methods to track progress of campaigns against SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and a drive to reduce time to offer.
- As with all our roles there is a focus on compliance, legislation, audit, service delivery, excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Assessment
The plan is a one stage interview. A presentation topic will be provided at the beginning of the interview for you to prepare and deliver, followed by a competency-based interview. A second interview is possible but unlikely. We are looking to hold interviews week commencing 15th April 24
