Recruitment Consultant required to join our dedicated, hardworking recruitment team.
The Recruitment Consultant will receive:
* A competitive salary of up to £27,000 with OTE up to £45,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Take part in daily planning to achieve optimal results by working as part of a team of experts in candidate and business insights.
* Create vacancies for advertising and manage candidate responses effectively.
* Source candidates for live roles by using various job boards.
* Take responsibility of the entire recruitment process and guide candidates seamlessly from the first conversation to placement stage.
* Follow our internal policies and procedures to ensure systems are kept up to date.
Requirements of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Good communication skills both in person and via the telephone.
* Ability to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve targets.
* Strong planning abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
* Work at a pace with quality whilst maintaining a high level of customer service awareness.
