The Role Involves:
- Utilising your Rec2rec experience to identify, attract, and engage top Recruitment Consultants across the UK.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach and screening to interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Staying up-to-date with Recruitment industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve your approach and results.
Who We're Looking For:
- Ideally proven experience in Rec2rec, with a track record of successful placements and satisfied clients.
- Strong networking and communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
