We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our business support division in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for:

• Finding and attracting new clients and candidates through phone calls, meetings, and marketing campaigns
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both parties
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets and performance indicators
